How the hell do I enter my competition solutions

See header, I keep trying to enter using the instrucions in the codebreaker magazine but I cannot get through?

We haven't had any problems reported. Which competition from which issue are you trying to enter?
The only suggestion I can offer is that if it is Issue 9, the £5000 competition phone lines should be open now, but the other competition will not open until the magazine goes on general sale, on the 24th.
