Is Hitoshi Monthly too easy

Hi,

I'm a Sumdoku addict buying Hitoshi Monthly for the fist and last time. By the time I have reworked any incorrect puzzles my Sumdoku keeps me going for at least 3 weeksand sometimes longer. I completed Hitoshi Monthly in 2 sessions over 3 days. in my opinion this puzzle book doesn't offer value for money.

Roll on the 'On Shelf Date' for Sumdoku.

Regards

Can anyone tell me what happened to this monrh's magazine. I enjoy doing them and yes they are easy to do but keep the brain ticking over.

Unfortunately due to poor sales, Hitoshii Monthly was cancelled with immediate effect last issue and there will be no more issues in the foreseeable future.

I am so disappointed that each issue continues to be far too easy. I had hoped we would be seeing the bigger puzzles, like the 9 x 9 s, but the best we get are a few 7 x 7 s.

Well we're getting a few 8 x 8 s now. I'm still completing the competition before the submission link is posted.

I have completed each issue of Hitoshi Monthly within 24 hours of receiving it. This month I was too early to post my competition entry! It definitely helps to start with the smaller puzzles and work up to the larger ones but it would be more challenging if the puzzle sizes got bigger sooner.

Yes. Finishing the whole book in a couple of days, whilst simultaneously watching TV not good value for money. Other puzzle books suffer the same problem, but Hitoshi Monthly number 4 was ridiculous!
